An incredibly simple & inexpensive housewarming gift...

Tho I'm a super crazy crafter at night, during the day I wear lots of other hats. One of those hats is that of a Realtor.

Real Estate is a new endeavor and last week I had the honor of closing on my very first sale :)

Back in the "old days" Realtors would get gifts for their customers, a good faith gesture to say "thanks for choosing me out of the 100's of Realtors in the phonebook."

But it seems that now-a-days, Realtors don't do that anymore. Its a shame. So I decided that I would find a way to do a little something for all my clients!

And this is what I came up with:

Seriously folks...its this simple....
Glass Block
Vinyl
Cricut
Ribbon
Bow

And you're done :)

Best of all, the new homeowners loved it, and I think I found my "go to" gift for all my clients!!!!

  2. That's really cute! Aren't Cricut's awesome? I just posted my very first project with my Cricut. So much to do with it and just no enough time!

  3. Our Realtor sent us flowers after we bought our house, and it's something we've never forgotten. Seriously, it was so touching! I think it's a great thing that you did it. Such a good gal you are, awwww. :-)

  7. Congrads on the closing! I somedays wish I was a realtor. I love house shopping! I can't believe realtors don't give gifts where you are. Where I live, many realtors give very nice gifts (large framed pictures of the valley or house, gift certificates, books, you name it). I think your gift is great! Good luck on more sales!

  8. I referred my realtor based on her gift. She gave us a bucket full of cleaning supplies, plus paper plates and cups and napkins, etc. It was great because the house wasn't clean enough to unpack dishes for 2 days or so, and we forgot to get our own plates. Then they've sent us a $50 Home Depot card for every referral that buys a house.

So my point is definitely go with the gifts and make it something well-thought-out. Like what you have.

    Adorable, by the way!
